This page is the shop rule for digital and physical goods on mychairtoyours.com. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You must be 18 or older to buy.
How you pay
Checkout uses PayPal. We do not store your card number. Your shipping address is collected at checkout so a physical order can be made and shipped. Taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.
Digital goods
This covers Calm decks, printables, series, and audio.
You receive a personal-use license. The files are for you. They are not for resale, public posting, or sharing as a download.
The sale is final once the file is delivered or you have downloaded it. If the file is broken, missing, or will not open, write sales@mychairtoyours.com. We will replace that file. A change of mind after a working download is not a return.
Physical goods
This covers made-to-order goods such as a mug, candle, tee, sweatshirt, or sticker.
A print partner produces the item after you order. Printful, or a similar partner, does that work. When it is finished, a carrier ships it. Plan for both: production time, then carrier time. Any date we show is an estimate.
We do not control the carrier. We cannot promise a cancel after production has started. If we can still stop it, we will.
If the package arrives damaged, the item is defective, or it is not what you ordered, write us. Include your order email and a photo if you can. We will take that to the print partner and replace the item or refund that item.
If a package is marked delivered and you do not have it, write us and we will help you trace it.
