These terms cover mychairtoyours.com and what we make: the card decks (including the Anxiety deck), the voice notes and audio, the journal, the printables, and anything else we offer (together, “the products”). The site is offered by My Chair To Yours, a brand by Keri Lyn Turner, from Michigan. Questions go to sales@mychairtoyours.com.
By using the site or a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the products, or place an order.
You must be 18 or older
This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.
For general wellness only
The products offer gentle words, small calming steps, and voice notes for everyday worried or stressful days. They are for general wellness, encouragement, reflection, and education only.
This is not care
The products are not medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not therapy or counseling, and they are not a substitute for care from a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional. Using a product does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional relationship.
Not for emergencies
The products are not for emergencies or crisis support. If you or someone you know is in crisis or may be in danger:

- Call 911 or your local emergency number.
If you are outside the U.S., contact your local emergency services. Help lists more support lines. Crisis lines belong to their own organizations. We do not run them.
Talk with a professional
Talk with a doctor or mental-health professional before starting any new wellness practice, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, have had trauma, or are being treated for anxiety or another condition. Never ignore professional advice, or wait to get it, because of something in a product.
Go gently, and stop if it does not feel right
The steps are meant to be small and gentle (for example, slow breathing, stretching, or holding something warm or cool). Only do what feels comfortable and safe for your body. Stop any activity that feels uncomfortable, and skip anything that does not suit you.
Results vary
Everyone is different. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, outcome, or improvement from using the products.
Your responsibility
You choose how you use the products, and you are responsible for that use and for any decisions you make based on it.
The shop
Prices are in U.S. dollars. You pay through PayPal. We do not store your card number. PayPal’s own terms apply to the payment.
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if a price is clearly wrong, an item is unavailable, or we cannot complete it. If we cancel before it is made or delivered, we refund what you paid for that item.
Digital files and made-to-order goods have their own rules on Orders & returns.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for orders and downloads made from your account. Write us if you think someone else is using it.
Use the site kindly
Do not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it, or use it to harm another person. We may close an account that does that.
Our work
The words, voice notes, audio, artwork, card designs, and the chair mark belong to My Chair To Yours or its licensors. Buying a product gives you a personal-use license. It does not transfer ownership.
No broad promises, and limits on liability
The site and the products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Chair To Yours is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the products. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability or warranties, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit.
If something is wrong
These terms follow the laws of the State of Michigan, except where a consumer-protection rule where you live requires something else. Please write us first. We would rather fix a problem than fight about it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. The terms in place when you order apply to that order.
